Programming
SJAC Swim School offers small group, private and semi-private lessons. Our group classes are divided by age and ability and each swimmer receives a progress certificate during week 6 of the session. The Swim School offers Junior (lesson Pool), FitTech (competitive pool) and Home School (competitive pool) teams.
All of our programming occurs over 8-week sessions. We have 6 sessions each year September through August. See FY Schedule for Start, End, Registration and Important Dates.
Lesson Frequency & Duration: Packages for Fall, Winter and Spring sessions include 1 lesson per week at the same day/time. Group lesson packages include 7-30 min lessons with 1 make-up in week 8. Private and semi-private lesson packages include 6-30 or 20 min lessons with 2 make-ups in weeks 7 & 8.
If you don’t need make-up weeks, you can purchase them to avoid any gaps before the next session starts.
Accelerated Lessons are offered only during the Summer session, in addition to the standard 1 lesson options, allowing you to complete a full-group session in 2-weeks or 4 private lessons in 1-week.
